Arcwood Environmental Expands Mid-Atlantic Presence with EMSI Acquisition

Arcwood Environmental has acquired Environmental Management Services, Inc., a Rockville, Maryland-based environmental services company specializing in hazardous and biological waste management, emergency response, and environmental compliance and safety services. The transaction marks Arcwood's sixth acquisition in less than two years as the company continues to expand its environmental services platform through strategic growth.
