Bloomberg: New iPad mini with OLED display will be significantly more expensive than current model

The current iPad mini sells for $599 in its starting 128 GB configuration. Apple is set to introduce the next-generation iPad mini later this month and — while the starting storage may increase — interested buyers should start probably bracing for a price rise. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says he is hearing that the new iPad mini will be “considerably more expensive”, floating a new price closer to the $799 mark. more…
