China's ByteDance gained access to over 2,000 Nvidia B200 chips through Norway data center

UK-based Nscale signed a deal with Spring (SG) Pte Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Chinese tech giant ByteDance. The company did not make any direct mention of the TikTok parent in its filings for a U.S. IPO, while a supporting document only labeled Spring as a significant customer.
