CityFibre Asks Banks to Restructure Debt and Fund New M&A Deals

Cityfibre Infrastructure Holdings Ltd. has asked banks to write down part of a £2 billion ($2.7 billion) loan and to provide new money for acquisitions as the UK fiber company seeks to stay afloat, according to people familiar with the matter.
