French PM remains vague on funding to fight gender-based and sexual violence

In an op-ed in Le Monde, French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu evoked for the first time a 'multi-year plan' of resources dedicated to combating gender-based and sexual violence, but did not specify what additional funds might be allocated.
