Inside Miami-Dade County's New Zero Waste Master Plan

Miami-Dade County is laying out a long-term roadmap to reduce the waste it generates, with its new Zero Waste Master Plan targeting a diversion rate of nearly 80 percent over the next 13 years. At WR Expo, WSP Project Manager Randy Russell and DSWM Resilience Division Director Nicholas Ciancio outlined the plan and the process behind it.
