Lagarde Says ECB Hike Is 'Robust' Against All Three Scenarios

European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde says the decision to raise interest rates is robust against all three of the central bank’s scenarios that it will publish. “We are yet again producing a benign scenario, an adverse scenario, and a severe scenario," Lagarde explains. "Against all three scenarios, our decision to increase rates by 25 basis points is robust on all three accounts," she tells reporters in Berlin.
