Nth Cycle, Glencore enter $1B supply deal

Moving closer to establishing a large-scale U.S. refinery for metals recovered from recycled lithium-ion batteries, Nth Cycle Inc. has added Glencore Ltd. to a growing lineup of government and commercial partners backing Project SHIELD.
