Oura Taps Netflix, Robinhood Veterans for Board Ahead of IPO

Oura, the maker of popular smart rings that track health, fitness, and sleep, is expanding its board of directors as it prepares for an initial public offering.The company said Wednesday that it is appointing four new independent directors with public company experience. The new members — who have held leadership positions at firms including Netflix Inc., Robinhood Markets Inc. and Deliveroo Plc — “know what it takes to build and scale category-defining global businesses,” Chief Executive Office
