Plana House is a free-to-download design for a compact timber home

Architect Kristijan Markoc has created a downloadable template for a "deliberately modest", two-bedroom timber home designed to be adapted to any site. Named Plana House, the replicable home design has a compact, 42-square-metre plan and is composed of a simple, pitched-roof structure that can be constructed using readily-available materials.
