Reliance Plans $1.3 Billion Bond in First Sale Since 2023

Billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd. is planning to raise as much as 125 billion rupees ($1.3 billion) via local-currency bonds as early as next week, according to people familiar with the matter, which would make it the largest listed deal in the market this year.
