Rep. Landsman on Senate Passes Bipartisan Russia Sanctions Bill

Democratic Congressman Greg Landsman of Ohio, a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, discussed the recent Senate passage of the Lindsey Graham Russia sanctions bill.
