SB Energy Plans to Start IPO Marketing After SEC Review Finished

SB Energy, the SoftBank Group Corp.-backed energy company that’s now building data centers, is preparing to start formally marketing its initial public offering to investors once US regulators are finished reviewing the company’s IPO filing, people familiar with the plan said.
