Swedish Migration Agency explains why it overruled police on detained workers

Sweden's Migration Agency last week quashed a police decision to deport 19 Filipino electrical engineers posted to Sweden, arguing that they had been sent to work in Sweden legally under the EU Posted Workers directive. Sara Isman from the Migration Agency explained the decision.
