Trump’s Rapid Deportation Rule Approved by Appeals Court for Now

A divided federal appeals court lifted a temporary hold on a Trump administration policy that allows federal agents to rapidly remove undocumented immigrants without due process from anywhere in the US if they can’t quickly prove they’ve been in the country for more than two years.
