Vanguard Renewables expands into Canadian clean energy market with Generate Upcycle

Vanguard Renewables has signed an agreement to acquire Generate Upcycle's North American operations, creating a comprehensive food waste-to-renewable natural gas platform. Upon closing, the combined company will operate an expanded infrastructure network across the U.S. and Canada, strengthening its ability to meet growing demand for organic waste diversion and low-carbon energy solutions.
