Waymo Charging Partner Terawatt Raises Up to $300 Million in Debt

Terawatt Infrastructure Inc., a company that provides chargers for electric cars and counts Waymo as a customer, said it is borrowing as much as $300 million from banks to support the acquisition and development of charging facilities in the US and abroad.
